Shipping policy

It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. The average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, it's delivered to the end address

 Shipping rates are fixed and calculated based on the average shipping cost for each product category. All products in their shipping category have similar dimensions, weight, and packaging.

 We provide tracking information for all orders so please be diligent and keep track of your orders' progress through the mail system.

 Your order may be shipped in multiple packages so we’re able to deliver your order faster.

 We ship from different fulfillment centers. The shipping carrier that we use is United States Postal Service, Fed Ex and DHL. Due to current circumstances with COVID 19 shipping has been impacted packages can be delayed by a few extra days. We thank you for your support and patience.
